We, at “CAREER CATALYST LEARNING SOLUTIONS”, realize the fact that most of our students are confused as far as their career plans are concerned. There is considerable ignorance which prevails around the various affordable education and career opportunities available around our country and the world.  Their decisions are influenced by people around them – parents, relatives, teachers, peers, and friends. We would endeavor to eliminate this ignorance and strive to ignite the minds of students from Classes 8 to 12 by providing comprehensive career guidance and career counselling.

Long Term plan:

As a long-term measure, we have a plan to partner with government as well as private schools and NGOs to aid career counseling and guide the under-privileged students of lower tier schools, thereby creating a social impact and thus becoming a socially responsible organization.

I, Prashant Joshi have rich and intensive 25+ years of experience in diversified segments of industry dealing with Engineering, Technology, Agriculture, Education and Entrepreneurship.

When I was a student, I had many dreams and desires. Although I was a bright student and always retaining my top position, I never had a clear idea, where to reach and how to reach. Schools teach you, but they don’t have the syllabus to guide students on their right career paths. Even at home, it was a trend just to walk the proven conventional roads. Even today, many parents don’t take pains to understand their child’s personality, interests, skills & abilities to enable them to take appropriate & informed decisions about career. So, I was lost and wasted many precious years struggling in things which were not in about my personality & interest.

I always had a strong wish to help students and parents, not merely as a coach, but as a professional career advisor to be instrumental in choosing the right career path. This eventually inculcated the motive within me to take up career counselling as a profession. With years of experience, I’m very confident of identifying the career streams that would be in consonance with one’s personality, interests and potential.

We’ve been counselling students, graduates, and professionals with passion & empathy. Our ability to connect and understand their personality, interest areas, abilities, skills, values, motivators, and career context has resulted them benefiting and realigning to domains where they can excel.
